2. Snap a fun photo with our ad wall that shows off your personality.
3. Head over to the Tudelü's booth, where you can meet our friendly team and see our space-transforming systems in action. Don’t forget to take another photo with one of our systems on display.
4. Follow our page @tudelu_ny
5. Post both photos to your Instagram account with the hashtag #TudeluIBS2025. Let the world see how Tudelü can revolutionize your space!
6. Say hi to our staff while you're there—we’d love to hear about how you’d use Tudelü's to transform your world.

Winner Selection.

• We’ll draw one lucky winner daily at 5 PM during the show. Winners will be announced on our Instagram account and notified directly via DM.

Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
2. Participants must be at least 18 years old and attendees of IBS 2025..
3. Photos must be posted to a public Instagram account to qualify.
4. Each entrant may submit only one entry per day.
5. Winners are responsible for transportation to and from the restaurant.
6. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
7. By participating, entrants grant Tudelü the right to use their submitted photos for marketing and promotional purposes.
8. Employees of Tudelü and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
9. Winner must claim the prize within two hours of announcement.
10. Tudelü is not responsible for any interaction between the winner(s) and the restaurant. Including loss and damage.
11. The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, using a random number generator. Tudelü will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
12. Tudelü will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Tudelü takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
13. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tudelü's liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
14. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tudelü shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
15. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Tudelü's reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
17. Tudelü's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
18. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Tudelü after the winner has been selected.
